We'll be right there
the whole time.
Board-certified anesthesiologists who meet you weeks before surgery — mapping pain thresholds, reviewing your anatomy, and building a sedation plan that's yours alone.
Schedule Your Consultation
"and counting — each one someone's first time trusting us."
"measured across every case we've managed since 2011."
"from referral received to first patient contact, during clinic hours."
Your path from referral to recovery
Anxiety dissolves when the unknown becomes mapped. Here's exactly what happens, step by step.
The call that starts everything
Your Surgeon Refers You
Your orthopedic surgeon, OB-GYN, or gastroenterologist sends us your chart. We receive it, read it, and begin building context before we've even said hello.
Most referrals reach us the same day they're sent.
A real voice, not a portal
We Call Within 24 Hours
One of our anesthesiologists — not a scheduling coordinator — calls you directly. We introduce ourselves, explain what pre-anesthesia consultation means, and ask what questions are already keeping you up at night.
Average first contact: 12 minutes after referral receipt.
The appointment that changes everything
Your Pre-Anesthesia Consultation
In-person or by video, we spend 45–60 minutes with you. Airway anatomy. Pain thresholds. Medication history. Anxiety levels. We map the full picture so the day of surgery holds no surprises — for you or for us.
Available in-clinic or via secure video, seven days a week.
The familiar face in the room
Day Of — We're Already There
The anesthesiologist you met is the one administering your care. You'll recognize the voice. You'll remember the name. That's not coincidence — it's how we designed the practice.
Same physician from consultation through recovery.
We stay until you're home
Recovery and Follow-Up
We check in the day after your procedure. If you experienced nausea, unexpected pain, or simply have questions about what you remember, we want to know. Your case doesn't close when the OR does.
Post-procedure call within 18 hours of discharge.
Every patient is someone's first time.

Referred by orthopedic surgeons and OB-GYNs
You've been through enough already.
A diagnosis, a treatment plan, and now surgery. The last thing you need is another unfamiliar face in a room full of beeping equipment. We meet you before any of that — when there's still time to talk, ask, and understand.

Colonoscopy, endoscopy, and diagnostic procedures
It's okay that you haven't slept.
You've been reading things online you probably shouldn't have. The sedation, the recovery, the what-ifs. We've had this exact conversation thousands of times. You will feel fine. And we'll explain exactly why before you ever put on a gown.

Outpatient tonsillectomy, ear tubes, and minor surgeries
Your fear is real. So is ours — for getting it right.
Watching your child be sedated is one of the hardest things a parent can do. We know that. Our pediatric consultations include you completely — what you'll see, what you'll hear, when you'll hold their hand again. Nothing is left unnamed.
You deserve to know exactly what's going to happen.
Fill in what you know. We'll take it from there. Our first call is about listening, not paperwork.
Ready when you are.
